Welcome!
Thank you for your interest in Jen Greenberg Photography.
My photography career began when I had the opportunity to study abroad in London. While living
in England I was fortunate to work with wonderful artists who taught me the 'nuts and bolts' of photography. A favorite professor inspired me to photograph what I love, promising love for my subjects would produce stronger images. Upon returning to NYC I took his advice and combined my passion for animals with my love of photography. Hence, Jen Greenberg Pet Photography was born.
Over the years I have been honored to work with many pet owners who have unconditional love for their animals. My goal with photography is to create lasting memories that capture the unique relationships that exist between people and their pets. With each new client I aim to create images that reflect the love we share for our furry friends in a candid, relaxed style.
Growing up my family rescued several cats from local shelters. I was raised to love, value and respect animals as members of our family. Today my husband Dave and I share our New York City home with a cheeky mini poodle named Elvis, who we rescued from a kill shelter in Memphis, Tennessee. I am a strong supporter of animal rescue and continually work with The Mayor's Alliance to help NYC's shelter animals find warm and loving homes.
Along with animals I have recently expanded my body of work to include photographs of children. After many years of chasing dogs and cats I've found new pleasure in photographing a different kind of "baby".
